The vision for Mind & Body Wellness began long before its launch — back when I first started my journey toward becoming a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). From the very beginning, my goal was clear: to build an accessible and supportive telehealth practice that helps remove common barriers to mental health care.

 

Too many people struggle to access support due to transportation challenges, provider shortages, long waitlists, demanding schedules, or difficulty finding care that feels personalized and affirming. I wanted to help change that by creating a practice centered around accessibility, flexibility, compassion, and meaningful human connection.

Starting this business from the ground up has been a true adventure — both professionally and personally. Every step has been guided by a deep commitment to serving others with empathy, integrity, inclusivity, and clinical excellence.
